BACKGROUND

Sakkara Living forms part of the Sakkara group, a property investment and development business, which applies its expertise in a variety of property sectors, Sakkara Living has a significant history of owning, developing and managing a range of quality village communities throughout Australia.

In August 2006, Sakkara sold seven villages to Aevum Limited and is now focusing on new communities, including The Landings at Turramurra, Sakkara Living’s newest and most vibrant development.

Sakkara Living develops, owns and manages quality communities for seniors. Previous properties in our portfolio included Golden Ponds in Forster and Queens Lake Village in Laurieton on the NSW North Coast plus three villages in Port Macquarie: Belleview Gardens, Lincoln Gardens and Hastings Valley Parkland Village . Closer to Sydney, The Southern Highlands offered two communities, Macquarie Grove in Tahmoor and Waratah Highlands in Bargo.
